Hello,
This is a bit of a strange question but I have wonky teeth and am getting married next summer. i would like to sort my teeth out for the wedding and have looked at Invisalign as one of my options.
My concern is that I do cage fighting as a hobby and wear a mouth guard. How will this affect me having Invisalign because I read that you need to wear them about 20 hours a day. I would like the treatment to work as fast as possible obviously because I have a deadline to meet!

Hi there! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! You could remove the invisalign aligners while you do your training (depending on how many hours a day you train) or you could be wearing them and wear your sports guard on top of them. You also remove the aligners to eat, but you do not have to remove them to drink. Hope that helps! Vasileia
