October 8th, 2009
Q.
Hi there, I have moderate overcrowding ie too many teeth in my mouth. My upper row is fine. The bottom row has too many teeth. It means that the two at the front seem fine but the ones either side protudes upwards and are being pushed back this gives a unsightly dracula effect. what would be my options in your professional opinion, and what would be the quickest ?? regards.

Is it difficult to snack when using invisalign?

September 28th, 2009
Q.
I eat snacks quite a bit during my day, all because of a busy schedule. I have to eat when I get the chance. I would like to get braces, but have read that invisalign makes it difficult to snack, what with removing and cleaning them. Am I wrong in this? Is there an alternative option for someone in my position?

One of my teeth is moving back to its orginal position. What should I do?

September 15th, 2009
Q.
I finished my fixed braces treaetment a year ago, and was given retainers to wear, and then only to wear at night after a time. I no longer need to wear the retainer, but do so sometimes as I can see one of my teeth moving back to its original position slightly. The dentist said this may happen a bit as my teeth were quite crooked. Should I just stop wearing the retainer and see what happens?

What is the difference in time of success for fixed braces and invisalign. Is the only benefit of invisalign that they are supposed to be invisible?

I just recently got my fixed braces and am gradually moving on from soft foods as the pain eases. I was wondering if there is any particularly food which you should not eat when undergoing such treatment?

Can i get invisalign on my top teeth and damon braces on bottom?

July 25th, 2009
Q.
I was wondering if it was at all possible to get invisalign braces on the top part of my teeth while I have damon braces on the bottom row. Since my top row is not as serious as my bottom, I would prefer invisable braces on my top. Is it possible to have those 2 at the same time? Thanks

Should i have 6 month brace or invisalign

June 19th, 2009
Q.
I am thinking of having the 6 month brace but my dentist says it is not as good as invisalign for moving teeth at the back and we need to move back teeth to create space for front teeth to be straight do you agree that invisalign would be better for back teeth?

Can i use invisalign if i grind my teeth?

June 3rd, 2009
Q.
I have crooked teeth but also have a teeth grinding problem which is called bruxism and my dentist has given me a night gard to wear. Is it possible to have invisalign if i grind my teeth my dentist said I will need traditional braces because i will ruin the invisalign aligners if i grind my teeth at night and also I wont be able to wear the night guard if i am wearing invisalign at night. HAve you ever treated somebody who suffered from teeth grinding with invisalign? Is there any other options for me if invisalign is not suitable like the inman aligner or damon braces. I just dont want the big metal braces .
