Dentist says to remove teeth for Invisalign, but I would much rather keep them?

Q. I have two very awkward teeth that are causing me a lot of problems and my orthodontist has recommended that i have them removed if i want invisalign. I really don\’t want any surgery and the teeth will not grow back so i\’d have to have a bridge or something he said. Do i have any hope with invisalign? Have you had experience with a patient who had teeth that should have been removed but managed to fix them? Please reply, thank you!,
A. It is very difficult to say what options you have without a full clinical and radiographical examination. In some cases extractions are necessary and in some cases they aren\’t.
