Hello Dr Sepehrara, I’m hoping you can give me some advice. I’m very unhappy with my teeth, they are incredibly crowded and they’ve become discoloured. It has really damaged my confidence, so much so that I never smile at anyone now. I feel as though my unhappiness is causing my family to be unhappy too. I take the best care of my teeth that I can but because of the crowding I find it difficult. What can I do?

Hello, thank you for your question and I’m sorry to hear of your distress. My advice would be to go and see a qualified Invisalign dentist to see whether you would be a good candidate for the treatment. There are many discreet braces that are great for treating crowding. You have teeth whitening after treatment but if you have Invisalign you can use the aligners as whitening trays meaning that you get both straight and white teeth at the same time!
