I had braces in the past but my teeth have relapsed slightly. Can Invisalign be of assistance?

Q. Now five years gone I had braces but went on to lose my retainer. My front top teeth have now moved back slightly and I am concerned that theya re just going to keep going to where they were originally which was pretty bad. Can Invisalign work with this? I ‘m sure I have read it is good in such cases?,
