Is using toothpaste and a toothbrush twice a day not enough?

Q. When I go to the supermarket I see so many different things to clean teeth (toothbursh, mouthwash, floss and others). Is it not just enough to clean your teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste two times a day?
A. Twice a day toothbrushing is the minimum, dental floss helps clean parts of your teeth and gums that your toothbrush can’t reach. I agree there are too many products available, make sure you spend at least 2 minutes brushing your teeth.
