How Can I Sort Out My Crowded and Discoloured Teeth?

Hello Dr Sepehrara, I’m hoping you can give me some advice. I’m very unhappy with my teeth, they are incredibly crowded and they’ve become discoloured. It has really damaged my confidence, so much so that I never smile at anyone now. I feel as though my unhappiness is causing my family to be unhappy too. I take the best care of my teeth that I can but because of the crowding I find it difficult. What can I do?

I am only 22 but have awful, discoloured, weak teeth which no dentist seems able to explain, do you have any advice?

Hello,
Im only 22 and have really poor teeth, im not sure why but they have always been quite yellow and weak and no dentist ive been to knows why.i have always brushed twice a day and have changed my diet accordingly, little fruit juice,tea etc i do smoke but not many. Ive already had a false tooth fitted at the top and im becoming really depressed and wont show my teeth or even smile. I really want to know what i can do so i can feel better about my teeth but i have no clue and i have little money as i dont work as i have a young son.
Please can you give me any advice?
