Hello. I wear a night guard at the present time for a condition where I grind my teeth when sleeping. I have had this since it began over two years, when I started a new job. Stress has been deemed the likely cause. But now I am having a look at these Invisalign aligners and am thinking they would be a good solution to my problem with teeth that are crooked to a very small degree, but a noticeable degree for me.
