Are Invisalign Braces Likely To Cause Mouth Ulcers And Dental Caries?

Hello Dr Kumar. I am considering Invisalign and would like to know if the braces ever give rise to oral problems such as for example, mouth ulcers due to any possible friction, dental caries in spite of an immaculate tooth cleaning regime and or any other localised superficial, but unwanted oral problems? Any information would be very helpful, thank you.

Hi. I’m Becoming Frustrated By My Orthodontist, He Said My Invisalign Treatment Would Be Straightforward But I’ve Lost A Tooth.

Hi. I am currently receiving Invisalign from an Invisalign preferred orthodontist, that’s why I visited him in the first place. He said that treatment would be smooth and results were going to predictable. I’m very disappointed with the treatment thus far. I have had to have a tooth removed, which he said wouldn’t be required and I’ve had several ulcers that keep coming back. Can you please advise me? Because I’m beginning to lose my rag with him. i have recently started wearing invisalign braces and have noticed a few ulcers popping up here and there, i’ve been using bonjela but it has really be that effective what would you recommend and am I at risk of developing an abscess?

I’m experiencing sharp pains from my attachments, can anything be done to prevent this?

Hey, so my ortho told me that the invisalign would be pretty much pain free but the sharp attachments are cutting me and causing ulcers too. Is there anything i can use to \’smooth\’ them down or anything? I haven\’t been given anything. Thanks,
