Why would I need more than two sets of refinements?

Q. have any of your patients ever had to have 2 sets of refinements? i am beginning to seriously doubt the skill of my dentist and i am worried there may even be a third set of refinements! please advise,
A. I have carried out more than 2 refinements on some patients just so we get the best results. sometimes teeth dont move as we want them to so that is where the refinements are used.
