I messed up my trays and now they don’t fit, what should I do?

I accidentally put in one of my old trays, i got them mixed up and now my teeth are very painful. What should i do? Does this mean that i have to start my treatment from the beginning? I\’ve tried placing in the trays that i was supposed to be using but now they don\’t fit :(,

Are there different types of invisalign available?

Hey are there different types of invisalign available? for mild cases/difficult cases etc? I think i only need a quick fix, my bottom teeth are slightly crooked but my top are fine, what would you recommend because my ortho keeps trying to make me have both and i don\’t need both.,
