I brush my teeth and the aligners with toothpaste each time I take them out, but I’m paranoid about bad breath and want to find the best method to use for cleaning my invisalign aligners. should i soak them in mouthwash when im not wearing them? Can i use invisalign if i grind my teeth?

Q.
I have crooked teeth but also have a teeth grinding problem which is called bruxism and my dentist has given me a night gard to wear. Is it possible to have invisalign if i grind my teeth my dentist said I will need traditional braces because i will ruin the invisalign aligners if i grind my teeth at night and also I wont be able to wear the night guard if i am wearing invisalign at night. HAve you ever treated somebody who suffered from teeth grinding with invisalign? Is there any other options for me if invisalign is not suitable like the inman aligner or damon braces. I just dont want the big metal braces .

do i need retainers after invisaline or can i do without?

do i need retainers after invisaline or can i do without them I have been quoted £1000 for retainers after my treatment and i am already half way though my treatment do i need to use the same dentist for my retainers or can i do to another dentist for this part as i think i am being ripped off. If you know anyone in birmingham that does invisaline retainers that you would recommend that would be great
