A question about ceramic and sapphire brackets..

Q. I would like ceramic or sapphire brackets but would like to know if there is any chance of the aluminium leeching out whilst wearing them. (Also, hopefully the glass won\’t contain any lead) Many thanks.

A. Dear Jenny, I have no experience of fixed brackets, only Invisalign, which does not leach Dr R Kumar
