Are there certain things that I’m not allowed to drink with my aligners in?

Q. hello, I was just wondering if there are certain things i\’m not supposed to drink with the invisalign aligners in? I didn\’t really pay attention to what I was told and feel like I shouldn\’t be drinking drinks with ice in, thanks for any advice!,

A. You should only drink cold water with the aligners in….NOTHING ELSE!
