Can I drink alcohol with my aligners in?

Q. hi, can i drink alcohol with my aligners in? through a straw or something? thing is i\’m a sociable 20 year old and i got out for hours on end, i don\’t want to take my aligners out for a long period of time, what do you suggest?,

A. No, you can only drink cold water with them in. Alcohol can damage the aligners.
