Can I have a snack with the aligners in?

Q. I have a question about being able to ear with the aligners in. I am not talking about a full blown meal but is it possible to have a snack every now and then and maybe some drink?,

A. NO! Only cold water with your aligners in, if you eat wit them in you risk getting tooth decay , gum promblems and smelly breath.
