Can I take my aligners out during freshers week at university?

Q. hi! i\’m due to go to university in September and i\’m currently using invisalign and will continue till going into uni, anyway can i take my aligners out for freshers week? just for the week? would it make any difference to my treatment?,

A. You can do that…its not ideeal it would be better if you stil wore them for some time each day even a couple of hours. How about sleeping in them??? Wear that aligner for an extra week and do not go to the next one unless it fits well. Have fun!!
