Could you tell me the differences between invisalign and invisalign teen? I’ve got a 13 year old who would really like invisalign for the gap in his front tooth, but i just wanted to know about how each brace works before we go to see the dentist and ask him what he thinks.

Invisalign Teen is essentially the same product but with a few small additions for teenagers, including
1. The aligners can be made to accommodate any late eruption of teeth, meaning the treatment can be started at a younger age than before.
2. With teenagers having a risk of losing or damaging aligners than adults each set includes up to six free replacements.
3. Each aligner also includes colour indicators which fade the more they are worn, this shows parents and the orthodontist that the aligners are being worn as prescribed / advised, which is essential for effective treatment.
Invisalign (and Invisalign Teeen) are great products for Invisalign as long as the aligners are worn for the recommended number of hours per day.
