Can you tell me if Invisalign aligners cause gum recession as I am having that problem at the moment?

Q. can you tell me if invisalign aligners can cuase gum recession? that seems to be the problem I having at the moment…,

A. I guess they could but gum shrinkage can occur during any orthodontic treatment and ca also be due to plaque build up.
