Does Invisalign hurt and how intrusive is fitting the aligners?

Q. does it hurt? and how intrusive are there procedures for fitting the aligners etc? i had an abortive attempt at orthodontics as a teenager and it has really put me off. thanks,

A. They are very comfortable but with some pressure. There are techniques to fitting and removal.
