For how many hours and how often does a retainer need to be word following Invisalign treatment?

Q. Are the retainers you get when Invisalign is finsihed to be word at all times? is it fixed as well? Doesnt sound very nice to me. How am i supposed to enjoy my new teeth when i am still having to wear all this stuf? thats if this is the case…,

A. I recommend my patienst wear the invisalign Vivera retainer full time for 3 months and then nightly or alternatively place a fixed retainer
