How can I lessen pain and discomfort caused by Invisalign aligners?

Q. how can i experience minimum discomfort when receiving/wearing the aligners? I experience pain a lot worse than most people and am a very, very anxious patient. Thank you for your time.,

A. Hello, Most patient tend to decribe the feeling as discomfort/pressure and not pain which mainly occurs during the first couple of days after a new aligner was fitted.I would recommend a consultation with a provider .
