Q. How long is a retainer expected to last you? Does the dentist only give you one at the end of your braces treatment? How do I stop my teeth from moving back?,

A. Hello, You need to wear your retainer as per advised by your dentist. If you had upper and lower treatment you usually receive two retainers. You might want to change your removable retainers for Hygienic reasons after a while. The fixed retainers stay on for longer as well.
