Q. i am now a month into my invisalign treatment and things are going well from what i can see : ) but i am still not sure on cleaning my teeth when i drink soda or tea or the like. looking on the internet i am told different things – wait an hour before cleaning teeth after drinking this stuff etc. can you clear this matter up for me? thanks, ; ),
A. I would try to limit fizzy drinks and sweet things to around mealtimes. Ideally you should not brush your teeth for about an hour after drinking fizzy drinks due to the acid in the drinks. try to drink more water during the day.
