how often should i clean my trays?

Q. I have recently started invisalign treatment and would like to know how often you are meant to clean the trays and if there is any specific tips for keeping them clean?,

A. please clean the aligners before bedtime and after breakfast normal toothbrush and paste on a regular basis are ideal if limescale builds up then soak in a mild vinegar and then brush them again Dr R Kumar
