Hello,
If you rinse your mouth with warm water before you take your aligners out and before you place them in, it makes it easier. Another trick to remove your aligners easier is to use the back of a teaspoon to slowly unlock them. You will find that the more you progress with the treatment the easier it becomes. If you continue to have issues, please contact your dentist, he/she will be able to help you out. Hope this helps
