I have a constant cold with my aligners in, is this normal?

Q. I seem to have a constant cold with my aligners in!! is this normal because we constantly have our hands in our mouths? i\’m really worried, what do you think?,

A. I have not heard of that before you could just be a bit more run down or it could be that you breathe more through your nose with the aligners in.
