I have constant trouble removing the aligners, any advice?

Q. I\’m sure you get this a lot but I\’m having constant difficulty removing my aligners, every time I do it they break or a part snaps and I\’m pretty sure my orthodontist is getting fed up with replacing aligners constantly. He has showed me how to remove them l lot but I always get something wrong and they break! Can you please give me some advice? Thank you.,
A. Hello, It is difficult to tell without seeing your teeth. You might want to start to remove the aligner where there is the smallest resistance. Gently peeling the tray off your teeth. Try not to grab only one side though that might put too much pressure it on. However, fitting the aligner, you might want to start where it is most difficult to fit following your archline.
