I have just tried to take out my aligners for the first time, but can’t get them out! Is this normal?

A. Hello, You might find it challenging to take the aligner out first. Practicing in the middle of the mirror usually helps. Gently peel the appliance off the teeth. Mind that, by the end of your second week the appliance becomes easier to remove. You might want to contact your provider as well.
