I’m experiencing bad tooth ache due to the invisalign, what is causing this?

Q. Hello i\’m having bad tooth ache now shortly after having my aligners in. i\’m frightened that there\’s an infection causing this pain OR could it be the aligners moving my teeth? what do you think as i am really worried.,

A. It is not unusual to get some discomfort when the aligners are first worn or changed. However it should not be that bad. Get you dentist to check the movements in the clincheck of the first few aligners.
