I’m suffering from a sore tongue and very sore cheeks, what can I do about this?

Q. I\’m new to invisalign but have been suffering from a very sore tongue and very sore cheeks, I\’ve tried bonjela and things like that but nothing is easing the aligners, they\’re really rubbing on me. I don\’t like to make a fuss but my mouth is bleeding a lot lately, can I do anything about this? Thank you for your time :),
A. Go and see your dentist they can probably smooth any edges that might be sticking out.
