I’ve torn my aligner, what should I do abou this?

Q. I\’ve managed to tear my aligner, on the front tooth by accident of course! It happened when i was taking it out. I can\’t see my ortho till next week, can i do anything to stop it tearing even more? i can feel it ripping more every time i put it in or take it out.,
