I’m suffering a relapse and my gap teeth are returning, can invisalign help fix this?

Q.
hello i’ve had brace treatment before and although it worked well at the time my teeth have now started moving back into place, im suffereing a relapse! As a result I now have a gap between my front teeth again, which is now reappearing, its annoying and i was just wondered if invisalign was a good option in terms of treating this? Also if i can have the treatment is there any way to stop the gap appearing again afterwards?

thank you

A.
Hi there! So sorry to hear that your teeth are relapsing after your initial orthodontic treatment. Invisalign can definitely help you but is best to be assessed first. After the treatment, retention will be necessary, either with a removable or a fixed retainer, this should have been the case the first time around and would have prevented relapse. I personally have a fixed retainer which I am very happy with! hope this helps
