Is seems to me like Invisalign is not making a difference to my tooth spacing. Why is this?

Q. My problem is tooth spacing but I am not noticing much if any difference at the moment. not greatly noticeable like I hope it would be anyway! I am on my 7th of 36 upper and 7th of 23 lower. Can you hazard a guess?,

A. Guessing would not really help. Your dentist may be creating space at the back of the mouth to allow the front teeth spaces to be closed. With the number of aligners you have been given, it looks like your dentist is doing full arch Invisalign with which I agree. Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
