Is there any way Invisalign attachments can be placed on the back of the teeth?

Q. I have an anterior open bite with about a 6mm opening and I understand that if I treat this with invisalign I will have to wear attachments on my front teeth and I am very self-conscious. Is there anyway these attachments can be placed on the back of the teeth and close the bite?,

A. Yes it is possible but it depends on the skill of the dentist. You may mean overjet, where the teeth stick out. But it is definitely possible. Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
