Hello Dr Thorne, could you tell me if there is a way one can be treated without visiting another country, since there are many challenges? Is there any way you can quote the price for Invisalign and if possible, the transactions be made though the post office either in cash or instalments? Also is there any way the braces be sent to me and fitted by a dentist close to me? I hope you can help me as I would really like to have my teeth straightened.
