My attachments are discoloured, can anything be done about this?

Q. i\’ve got lots of food stuck in my attachments and it\’s disgusting, I can\’t seem to get the food out either! How can i get rid of it, the attachments are looking a funny colour now =( i won\’t have to get them replaced will I?,

A. The food should not get stuck within the buttons as the buttons are solid and stuck on the teeth. Yes they may discolour but the dentist should be able to polish them Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
