My face is swollen because of my aligners, what could you suggest could help?

Q. Hello, i\’m having some difficulties with my top aligner i\’m currently on number 4/12 it\’s so painful! Will it ease of? My face looks swollen with them in. What do you suggest could help? Thank you so much.,

A. i would suggest that you take out the aligner if in pain/swollen face and go and see the dentist.It should not be so painful; are you sure that you dont have a wisdom tooth infection? Dr R Kumar
