My gums bleed when i remove my upper tray, why is this?

Q. Hi, my gums are bleeding when i remove my upper tray even when i maintain good dental hygiene i don\’t understand why this is happening. why does this happen? thanks for your time,

A. The trays can cause plaque to build up. Maybe you need a hygiene visit or a better brushing/flossing technique? Dr R Kumar
