It feels like my teeth are moving, could Invisalign or Clearstep straighten them?

December 9th, 2011
Q.

Over the past few years my front teeth have started to move and have lost what was a very straight line. They also seem to tingle every so often, like they are on the move again! I looked at Clearstep with my dentist some time ago, but due to overcrowding they wanted to remove four healthy teeth before bracing, so I was against the idea. Could the 6 month Invisalign be the answer to put my front teeth back in place, without having any removed? My teeth are a bit crooked accross the bottom, but I only wanted to address the change in the teeth that show.

Which is best for me out of Invisalign and Clearstep?

September 6th, 2011
Q.

hello

what is your opinion either way, as an expert, of invsialgin over clearstep? I have been online looking into these two different types of braces and I am simply torn between the cheapness of clearstep, but the obvious intricacy of invisalign design. I just need my front tooth gap closing up do you think that would really need a full course of invisalign- whether it would be worth it? or should I go for the financially cheaper option of clearstep?
thank you very much

Treatment to close front tooth gap has caused other gaps. What can be done?

August 24th, 2011
Q.

Dear Mr Kumar,
Hope you are in the best of health.
My question is that I have a gap in my top two front teeth and I have an over bite.

I am half way through a four month treatment with Clearstep and I have been told now that even though the gap between my front two teeth is closed I will now be left with gaps through the rest of my teeth.

Also after an hour of not wearing the clearstep my teeth start to move as they have gaps in them and the dentist has recommended that at the end of my treatment he will fill the gaps with a filler in order that they do not move.

I am now thinking of my options and want to know whether I will have the same problems with invisalign.

Kind Regards

What is the better treatment Clearstep or invisalign?

January 5th, 2011
Q.
I have had three consultations for invisible orthodontics and I am very confused! One orthodontist has recommended Clearstep and two Invisalign! Each says their recommended treatment is better not because of my individual problem but because more professional care and attention is given in the laboratory by trained orthodontists! and therefore a better result is achieved! I am very confused and don’t know which to choose. Please can you help? ,

I have only begun my Clearstep treatment but the tray feels far to tight. What should I do?

September 20th, 2010
Q.
I am on my first trays of Clearstep – I have very crowded uppers and slight crowding of lowers. My lower trays are fine, however the top trays are very tight and when taking out I have to use the outie tool – however it feels as though I could quite easily pull my front teeth out with it – they feel very tender and feel like they could snap in half when taking out or putting in the tray. Once in everything feels fine! I\’m only 48 hours in so I know this is probably normal but just need a bit of re-assurance! Thank you in advance!,
