I have started using Invisalign braces but they are very difficult to take out, do you have any advice?

Hiya

I started Invisaling a few dys ago and they are causing me a few problems.

Firstly they are difficult to take out and are scraping upside my mouth and gums which are swollen and sore.

Secondly since having the aligners fitted I have has a bad cough and sore throat. Could this be ralted?

any advice would be much appreciated.

Difficulty with aligner, what can be done?

I am in week one of my tretment and I haev noticed a small tera in my aligner. Because of this it makes it difficult for me to get the aligner in and out. What should be done in this situation?,
