I need a filling will the aligner fitting be affected by this?

I\’m about to have the invisalign fitted next week and was told yesterday that i need a filling! will this affect how my aligners fit? i don\’t want to wait any longer for the treatment, i\’ve already waited ages. thanks for the help,
