The attachment is catching my gums. Is there any way I would be able to smooth them down myself?

Q. If i was to shave away a bit at the attachment on my teeth would this be bad? they are catching my gum at the moment after getting them on yesterday? is this sometihn only a dentist can handle?,

A. Dear Sir/Madam, it would be better to let yor dentist smooth down the attachment which is causing the problem Dr R Kumar
