hello doctor, hope you are well,
i just wanted to ask you about teeth after invisalign. I had the treatment about a year ago and am very happy with the results, but have recently noticed a certain roughness to the tops of my front teeth. The roughness is right at the very top and feel like lines. The tops of my front teeth don’t hurt or anything and feel strong but i just wondered about this new texture as my teeth did not feel like that before the treatment.

It is a little difficult to explain what has happened without seeing you and examining your teeth. Is it the tips of the teeth – which could be uneven edges that are more noticeable now the teeth are aligned, general tooth wear, or the front surface of the teeth? Did you have attachments on these teeth? I would suggest contacting your Invisalign dentist and seeing them briefly again…I’m sure it’s something simple.
