What is the a good way of cleaning Invisalign aligners?

Hello,

is there a correct way to clean invisalign braces? I was thinking of leaving them to sit in a glass of diluted mouthwash and water would that be a good idea, i don’t want to affect the clearness of the plastic and thought it best to ask first

Hello
That is fine just do not use water that is too hot as it can distort the plastic, general brushing with a toothbrush and toothpaste can do the job just as well
