What would you say is the absolute minimum that you can wear the aligners?

Q. What would you say is the absolute minimum that you can wear the aligners. I am currently on about 18 hours even though I was recommended 22 hours. Can you tell me if I am doing wrong?,

A. Time will tell, if when you move to the next aligner it fits well everywhere then things are working if you start to see spaces between your teeth and the aligners you may need wear them longer than two weeks.
