Q. My mouth is particulary small and my wisdom teeth havnt come in yet. Will they have to be taken out to get invisalign even if they havnt come in? Also are any of my teeth going to need to be pulled to get this treatment?
A.
Extractions are not always needed for most orthdontic cases.
However cases of severe crowding and increase overjet may need extraction.
Wisdom teeth ideally should only be extracted if there is an indication for it .
