How will the dentist decide if I am a suitable candidate for Invisalign?

I am hoping to be accepted for Invisalign but can you tell me how the dentist will decide if i am a suitable candidate? My teeth are crooked but i don#t want to go with metal braces and ivisalign really does seem like the best treatment for me. i hoe my dentist will accept me, but what should i expect?,

Can I start Invisalign treatment in the UK and then transfer my case to a US dentist when I move there?

I have been longong for invisalign treatment for a long time now to fix my crooked teeth. I want them sorted ASAP. But a problem has arose as I am planning to move to the US early next year, so would it be viable to begin treatment here and carry it on there? Can Invisalign move down teeth that are pushed into my gum?

Q.
My top row of teeth are VERY misaligned. Two teeth protrude greatly and 3 are sort of pushed up into my gum. I understand that invisalign would be able to fix the protruding teeth and sort the alignment out but what about those that have been pushed up into my gum? I know you have to see my teeth but I just wondered if you can pull the teeth down using invisalign or if there is a chance that I would have to go ahead with some surgery?,
