Aligner felt tight at first but is loose after a few days. Is this normal?

Q. I am onto my third aligner and have a question. I have found that after the initial three days of wearing an aligner when it is quite tight and stiff they become relatively loose. Is this normal and just means they are doing there job?,

A. Thats right. However you still have to wear each aligner for the full 14 days.
