Are there any dos and don’ts when it comes to Invisalign braces, especially concerning food?

Q. What would you say are the do and do nots of Invisalign braceS? My dentist said I need to watch what I eay and even mentioned something about cold food being troublesome. Is there any truth to this?,

A. Hello, Apart from water, you should not eat or drink anything with the aligners in your mouth.
